Delivery & Refund Policies
Delivery Timeframe:
For all sales orders, the shipping time is approximately 7 to 21 working days. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible and keep you informed throughout the delivery process. For rental inside Bahrain the delivery will be before 1 hour of the event time.
Delivery Method:
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely. The shipping method used will depend on the size and weight of the product. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can track your delivery.
Delivery Fees:
The cost of delivery will be determined based on the size and weight of the product and your location. The delivery fee will be calculated and added to your order when you check out. The customer can ask for self pickup which will exclude the shipping cost from the total price.
Delivery Address:
We can deliver your order to any valid address within our shipping area. Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct address, contact person, and contact number. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by incorrect delivery information.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to us immediately. We will not be responsible for any damages or discrepancies reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the product to us in its original packaging and condition, and we will issue a refund once we receive the product. Please not that the customer will bear the full return expenses.
